Did 350 yesterday. Never done that many before. Then strained a muscle in my back playing tug of war with the dog (he's a real big strong sod), so none today.
Should be okay for tomorrow though.
I still think we might be able to get to half a mill for the year.

120 this morning.
Do any of you know about the Murph workout? The full version is a mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 press ups, 300 squats, then another mile run.
I'm mostly doing my press-ups as part of building up to giving it a go. I break it down as rounds of 5 pull ups, 10 press ups and 15 squats. 12 rounds this morning after my run.
I'm hoping to get through a full Murph (so 20 rounds plus the second run) before I finish this period of WFH and have to go back to work.
The bigger boys do this with a weighted vest and still finish in close to 30 minutes. Some even do the exercises "unpartitioned", ie. 100 pull ups before moving on to the press ups etc. I'll be happy if I can get through the right totals in less than an hour!

Yes, in my crossfit days I did that, smashed all the weight lifters over a Mile, fell apart trying 100 pull ups (I was allowed chins), then caught them up with the squats and mile run. Crossfit made me (and cross fitters) more poweful, heavier, at the expense of endurance.
It is a terrific test though.

Injury has meant that I've only managed to run a mile in the last week for the first time in a long time. I'm pretty confident that I'd get through the 20 rounds now if I had to, not so confident about the running elements. Definitely couldn't do it all unpartitioned!
And I suspect that if I had a CrossFit judge watching I'd get no repped for a lot of my pull ups. I'm working on a doorframe-mounted bar and I'm too long to get down to a proper dead hang without bruising my knees!
