I have a chin up bar that rests on two sturdy hooks screwed into the wall so itβs high enough for a full chin up or pull up. Not heard of that routine Nellers sounds like a great challenge.

I have a bar that hangs in a doorway, but you get to a full hang I need to bend my knees. That's my excuse.

When I was cross fitting, the guy was very good at grading, so he let you off of stuff, by lowering the weights, jump pull ups etc, he thought it was better to have a go at a full Workout than skip anything

Upped it to 30 today - 5 x 6 sets. Quite happy with that !
Going to start trying sets of 10 tomorrow, see how that goes.

Flying Finn is literally flying away at the top of the table. I'm in second and I've got well less than half the total he has. In fact he's got about as much as 2nd, 3rd and 4th combined.
He must be built like a brick shithouse by now. Pecs like steel and triceps like iron.

Lol Dave! π what you have to take into account is that I weight about the same as a malnourished sparrow, so it takes a lot of reps to shift any meaningful accumulated weight plus I'm doing so much cardio most of the time I think I burn off any muscle quicker than I can grow it π but my strength to weight ratio is improving and at my age that's what I'm really after. π
