2x10, and 30-second side plank (the other side). Goodness, that plank was hard. I did a 30-day "plankathon" a couple of years ago, but I've deteriorated a lot since then.

ok, i'm back in after failing badly last year.
am also likely to combine it with the 100 press up challenge. from past experience i know that combining the two definitely gives extra incentive.
