Will have to have another look at the spreadsheet. But on my laptop, not my phone.

80, so slower movements as per vid, tried narrower and wider hands, indeed harder, needed longer rest..well worth concentrating...in amongst another hour of stuff

I think my hands were too close! I’ve widened mine slightly and I find it easier. I’m concentrating on going all the way down as well. I think my form is better but I still can’t do more than 10 at once.

Looking at the video, I could get lower too and hold my arse a little higher.

Having gone from struggling to do a single press-up until fairly recently, I’ve progressed to thirty a day, (fifteen in the morning and fifteen in the evening).
I’ve found them really difficult today so might give myself one or two days off.

I’ve watched the video to try to improve efficiency, but I have a little difficulty due to a previously broken wrist. I don’t have full mobility in it, and I’ve tried resting on my fists but it’s no easier.

ER - I also don't have the wrist flexibility to push up of my palms.

I have to rest on my knuckles and the backs of my fingers, and thumbs facing each other also pressed into the floor. It's more comfortable than being on a fist but has taken a bit of getting used to!

Shouldn't have watched the video - apparently you can't bend in the middle and stretch your head down to meet the floor

Does the spreadsheet update itself from the counter? - It seems to have done so.
