3 x 5 and 2 x 10 done at convenient junctures during the day (usually while a cuppa was brewing) = 35 for the day and an average of 21 per day so far.
My arms and shoulders are okay but my pecs are telling me I haven't done much of this for a while.

When I start to increase the number I can do before collapsing on the floor is it best to a) just do more in one go (i.e. 15 then 20 etc) or b) do more reps of the same amount (i.e. 3 x 5 then 2 x 10 etc) or c) it doesn't matter, it just takes longer if you spread them out
