I've kept up with the daily practice as well - I've mixed it up with some repeats from January or picked ones from 2021 and some non-Adriene ones, plus odd free form go-it-alone.

Finally got to the class and it wasn’t cancelled. 45 mins. Mostly quite stretchy stuff, nothing I haven’t done before and some felt quite familiar. My tree was ok but my eagle was quite wobbly.

Chatted with the instructor at the end and she said she could tell I do yoga!

I think it helps knowing what's likely to come next, so you're listening rather than constantly trying to look at the instructor.

Meant to say earlier - I got a couple of runners from work to pick up Move in January. They both completed faster than me, and one of them is continuing doing yoga a few times a week because he feels a more robust and flexible runner for it. 👍🏻

That’s great Badger.

I did a great class this morning. It was advertised as Yoga but she offered to do stretch and mobility instead. Someone who really knows her stuff and the class was excellent, sadly I don’t usually have free time on a Tuesday so I won’t be able to do it regularly.

This is possibly just for me, mine all mine.

I'm all signed up for Adriene's 30 Days of Yoga: 'Move'. There's already a thread that's survived two previous incarnations (I believe I started that, too, back end 2019) I expect most Fetchies will post on there, or perhaps on the 'The Yoga Every (well, some) Days Thread'. Or somewhere else entirely. Or not at all.

HOWEVER
I reserve the right not to bother with Adriene's Day 30 if it takes its usu...
