Bovington half takes me to 47/100. My Garmin measured it slightly short at 12.62 miles but hey ho, White Star admit they don't measure their courses but usually they are long. Hope I didn't miss a bit as it was great fun.

90.8/100, a run saver for Day #11 Marcothon, although to be fair, felt strong with no residual aches from yesterday's marathon

Well done to PF and Maclennane for passing halfway already And to Fenners and SS for packing in some seriously impressive mileage already!
Well done Ness and westmoors on your HMs
53/100 for me after today's "race" - it's not one you can really do for a time, but a nice Christmassy off-road 10K that starts off running up a massive sand dune! Mulled wine at around the 8K mark too

32 / 100 Parkrun and then an 11 mile run done on Sunday. The long run done on an empty stomach and with no gels so took a couple of planned 'drink' stops but managed to keep to an 8:45 avg pace which was good. It was also a real boost with my plans for my first race of 2017 which is Wokingham Half and a possible sub 1:50 attempt!

Good racing Ness, jenny, westmoors and Fenners. I always run better on an empty stomach RedAlex and primarily because I run before morning light, of course if I get towards two hours running then something to eat is wise! I watched Guy Martin on the t.v. last week ("Our Guy in China") cycle across a 300 odd mile desert in record time starting on pretty much an empty stomach...great to see him fuel up on what we might call junk too! Tough Guy! Creeping towards half way at 48/100 and on day 29 of streak (all low miles though).

60/100, after my longest run (12 miles) in about 2 months. It showed, my 8th mile nearly killed me...
