41 / 100 after club socal run last nite.
Am deciding whether or not to do the clubs Boxing day run this year its about 18 miles in length and the first part is done at a 9mm pace and then I think it gets changed to varying pace groups at Virginia Waters for a run around the lake and the run home!
There is even an outside chance I can still hit 1200 miles for the year which is daunting!

Ah Virginia Waters. I've lost count how many times I've been round there...although in the last two decades its probably none!

Phew SS..those are some serious miles you've put in this last week..puts my distances almost to shame. Fantastic stuff. pre dawn 10 miler too...I could only manage a pre dawn five miler. Still, keeping on track at 54/100. 18 miles on Boxing Day RedA..an impressive thought..and a thought is only as far as it would get with me! Bummer having a cold PF, wise to have a day or two off. Hope that shakes it well and truly off too! Good long run Stu, doing well.
