True, Steve, I'm factoring time off over the Xmas break. Will give it a go though.

55/100, had a great run with the club. Ran near the back ensuring a mother and daughter didn't get lost as they didn't know the route.

Good running from everyone.
Static recoveries sound horrible. Well done on maintaining your streaks Steve and Fenners!
44/100 after tonight's club run - one of the new lads was keen to do the "10 mile" route (it's actually only 9.4), I couldn't talk anyone else into joining us, but he did really well and enjoyed the run.

110 pedros?! Not really..just what my annual record and the 100 but I'm sure my wife will inspire me as the month goes along..she's got a fifty miler event coming up. Christmas is always a running time for us too...especially Christmas morning even if it's only very short. Fenners and Madennane doing well here..and jenny still doing so much to help others and getting all those miles in. My streak goes on but I thought of deliberatley breaking it today!

50.8/100 with 19.1 done today. How warm is it out there though. Legs feel shot but pleased with how things are going so far.
