Still not running here - not 100% and also very busy! Good luck to those pushing to the line for the final time this year

15 / 100 After just short of 7 miles yesterday running to, doing and running home from Track Session. 90 Secs Effort with 30 Secs Static recovery turn around and repeat!
Missed one rep out due to either listening to my body or letting my head get the better of me! Not sure which is the correct answer but hey ho!
Takes me to 1100 miles for the year!

RedA..I remember reading about an "experiment" done with some members of the armed forces (maybe in the U.S) where following strenuous exercise the participants were told to stop still for one minute. Several collapsed! Something to do with blood flow etc. Static recovery might not be the best choice! Get well again quickly AL. Ness..we're a long way away from the month's end and I've seen you less well placed than this haven't I?!
Glad your streak is intact still Fenners...mine too but still on low miles in order to ease my way through the month.

27/100 should be OK for the month but 115 to go for my annual target of 1500. Following my plan to the letter gives me 118 so could be tight, cancel Xmas.
Static recoveries? Don't think I would be able to get moving again!
