Pedro - smart move :-)

Maclennane - hopefully it was just not feeling the love and not something more serious.

Some impressive mileages already.

20/100, incredible how difficult 10 miles feels at the moment. Manchester feels a long way off at the moment. And the less said about the Fling, the better...

Wasn't keen to go out this morning as it looked really cold. Eventually forced myself out. Soon got warm. Really enjoyed the run until the last couple of miles. They were a real slog which I think was because I was getting low on fuel/hungry. 23/100

In the shade the ground was white but in the sun with the breeze behind it was lovely.

... I am a good boy ...

... I am such a good boy!

But ... I really want to go run :-)

(Nothing special, I'm just being overly careful to not over do my luck after 3 weeks of irksome health and no running :-o )

You are being sensible decorum - hope you can get out for a run soon without risking any flare-ups.

27/100. Steve, I could do the two events in a day as I didn't go flat-out on either (I'm never going to be good enough at XC to be competitive, so didn't want to miss out on parkrun). Did find my long run tougher than usual this morning though.

You are racking up those HMs Ness! Which one is it next week?

[Sensible and extremely bored! :-) That little psyche knot is telling me that my body should have been fed 10 miles today ;-) I'll run tomorrow, a split 10k ~ the half way point has somewhere I can rest and/or, if needs be, catch the bus back :-) ]

20/100 and made up of very low miles each day. Am deliberately having an easy (avoiding niggles etc) approach to the 100 because I want to get over my decade's best mileage total--only 48 to do for that.
Never going to be good enough at XC jenny?! That's got to be a mind set only....with your mileage and times anything is possible.
Patience is a key to always use decorum.
