I got a long run in this afternoon. Takes my total to 15/100.
A half marathon next weekend so I shall take it easy in the week.

23/100 for December, which has always been a tricky month for me historically. End of year illness, injury, darkness, horrible weather things have got in the way in the past. Better make the most of all being ok as long as it lasts.
Still looking at 12/12 for 100s this year.
