Ha ha, I was wondering where I'd missed a post from Stu...
Great running everyone, as usual. Very impressive mileage SS, and a pre-dawn 10 miler is equally impressive. RA, you've had such a good year, if you get to 1200 it will be the icing on the cake, but even if you don't I think you've achieved a hell of a lot. 18 miles on Boxing Day - could be fun, could be hell!
Well done for passing the halfway mark Steve! Even pre-dawn 5 milers are usually too much for me! Having said that, I will need to get out for my run early tomorrow.

Haha, my long run on Sunday was good!! 12 miles in the Nottinghamshire countryside to take me to 53/100. Also meant my bright white shoes are no longer bright or white!
That's an impressive pace for a long run Alex, all being well I think you may be worth placing a bet on for your half!

Finally off the mark for Dec with a 5. After a 13-month streak to October 2006, the wheels came off in November - no running for four weeks - due to a lack of time rather than injury, to add insult to not-injury!
I'm now 160 miles away from my target for 2016 and will have to find 80 miles just to beat 2015's mileage. Bah, as a humbugger might say.
Never mind, onwards & upwards.

No trains so I ran the 17 miles to work taking me to 64/100. Might hit the 100 this week at that rate

Some impressive mileage here. I'm struggling with pace after my weekend race but still enjoying the odd shuffle out in the morning.
Might just scrape the 100 mile mark. On 48/100 so far.

Very impressive running here. That's some run into work NDWD!
Glad to see you off the mark Fitz!
Doing well Ness, wouldn't worry about pace too much after pushing yourself on the weekend.
My early run didn't happen this morning - got up at 5, but my back was a bit too achy to run. Decided to go into work early instead, and if I feel better later will finish early to get a run in.
