Those running to work double figure miles are amazing to me..makes me feel so lazy! You missed a really terrific full moon then jennyh, skies were clear here at dawn! I did yet another short run of three miles to take me to 57/100 and wondering now about my "streak" which has been 31 days now..or a whole month..unintentional until someone here (!) mentimed it!

Impressive stuff though! steve - Nice streak, don't think I've ever got more than 2 weeks. I almost always have a non running day on a Friday, unless I'm at the thick end of marathon training.

Tomorrow should be a normal crap service. Now I have the 7 mile run home to negotiate first though. Plus it is a fantastic excuse for bonus miles
