Are you injured StuH? Just had a peek at your training/mileage and it looks like you're racing, but not training... That can't be right, can it?

A couple of separate niggles which I've been struggling to get over since SDW50. Feel good after the last couple of runs so *fingers crossed*!
Not really racing, a couple of races I had entered to use as supported training runs in the build up to Endure.

Glad your feeling good
Wouldn't recommend a marathon or half as a supported training run, but that's just my 2-penny-worth

Yep, sat in my peak planned weekly mileage of 80 miles I thought they looked OK if taken easy. On their own with almost zero other running, I admit it does seem rather foolish.
But I have just ran for the second evening running, mid-week for the first time in a while, and it feels OK Short, but pain free.

Been doing back to backs on weekends lots of 20+ runs. 200 a month all this year peaking at 70 a week now for a few weeks. So well prepared physically but never done 100 before but going to give it a good shot
You?
