Am back to running ok but have had to defer my entry to "Escape from Meriden" (which I was looking forward to) because I can't get the time off work! Gonna do a "Might Contain Nuts" event of a measly 30 miles which will be fun anyway.

Measly 30 miles lol. That would count as my second longest run ever.

Sorry Chrisull, of course 30 miles is not "measly"--it's just me making a comparision with what might have been on the Meriden run! And tongue in cheek too!

Job done. This evening's MLR takes me to 2,005.6miles, and the first time I've broken 2k I'm looking to a few days total rest after next weeks Half Marathon.

Well done Nelly great going! I've been racking up the miles in marathon training, and I'm comfortably on target currently.

Well done Nelly, great running all year.
I should reach 2000 by about this time next month if all goes to plan on the training front

Boom! Well done Nelly. I'll still on track despite slacking off a bit after Chester. I'm back on it now, hopefully back up to 60Km this week

Well done Nelly!
Despite the injury issues I'll hopefully hit 2000 in 4 or 5 weeks time.

Wonderful to reach the 2,000 Nelly, well run! I think I'll hit the mark ok with a "short" ultra due in December (30 miler) in the mountains so plenty of long runs to come before then. Watch those injuries SM6.
