That's almost exactly my week jenni - 4-5 week days, 8 or 9 on weekend. Can't be bothered doing proper long run, 15 or 20 miles. And midweek I've always been used to doing 40 mins at lunch time to break up the day and have kept that going during lockdown and working from home. Exploring my locale which I wouldn't have done before is an unexpected pleasure! G

Just trying to gear myself up for a double digit run by sitting in bed with a coffee. I'm going to wear shorts I bought them for the heatwave London marathon 2 years ago and they don't get out much!

I have now moved on to being dressed! One step closer to being out the door The weather forecast says it's heavily raining now, but it isn't. Not sure if I should wait until 11am when it says it isn't raining, but by then it probably will be.

9.5 miles this morning. Wore my trail shoes again as it was a bit damp underfoot with some overnight rain. I think they're about done - literally coming apart at the seams. Done over 700 miles, but they are years old, and haven't been as well looked after as they may have been
