glad you are finding something to interest you JK, sounds like you'll need to get out of the house when you can.
I'm actually missing walking so i think ill for a walk tomorrow in stead of running

Walk in the woods at lunchtime with the teen to see the bluebells. They’re not out in full force yet, give them another week or so and they’ll be even better. These woods are at the end of my road, we’re very lucky. It was my lad’s first time out of the door for over 3 weeks!

Yesterday did an easy 1ish mile...just to move the legs, then 3.5 miles this morning.

I have run-walked for a few miles around my childhood locale, in glorious sunshine, getting to grips with the undulations around here that I'd forgotten about. I don't wonder I've got strong little legs, as I spent so many years doing early hill work!

nearly 7 miles in the chilly but nice morning sunshine this morning after a few days off running but a nice long bike ride on Sunday.Nice bluebells pictures Pikelet.
