Another lovely day, 1500ers. Hope you're all safe and well and coping with lockdown life.
6.5 miles this morning, the furthest I've run this month. Definitely needed it after a very stressful day yesterday, dealing with my 90 yr old Mum's slight mental unravelling (mainly due to the current situation I think/hope), when she lives 110 miles away.
I'm getting horribly unfit and porky. No way could I have run another 20 miles on top of today's run, so it's a good job there are no marathons in the near future!

4 yesterday, 5 today. Go me!
It is nice that there's so little traffic about, it makes dodging walkers much easier.

hello I'm not doing any long runs really but seem to be doing 4 each morning during the week and then 8 or 9 at the weekend which is keeping me ticking over very nicely. ITs all very slow as includes 4 miles a day with a puppy - but there is some interval training and quick stopping in there Its a strange time but I'm so glad the weather is being kind

Nice running all. I'm doing similar, though have been averaging 3.5 miles or 1.25 miles, depending on the day of the week.
