Today's to do list -
1. Stretch 2. Foam roller session
I've realised I haven't stretched for weeks! I usually have stops on my runs, usually at some sort of gate or stile to have a good old stretch. Now because I don't want to touch anything while I'm out I haven't stretched at all!

It's so easy to forget Pikelet!! I run, get home, wash up then sit down...for ages. I then stretch later in the day while doing some yoga and body weight bits. My core has been feeling the planks I've started doing again.

Morning fetchies and how’s everyone!
I have just recently back to running well more of walking than running, still recovering from suspect covid, which has knock me out so slowly trying to get back to wellness which has been tough

Thanks Doc, i just still feel wiped out!!!
It is an horrible illness, just feel so awful of all the people that are going through this in hospitals in the icu just horrible 😞😢
rest in peace all the thousands of peeps that we have lost 😖
