Wow, great round up, proper running focussed! Thanks westmoors. I think I have actually run in same race as Jake Wightman, in Scottish Athletics cross country. I'd have to check though. :-) G

Ah no 2014 was his last but it was U23 so he was only doing the 8K. I would have cheered his win though! :-) G
