I’m still mainly sticking to the treadmill, sometimes with a 1 mile jog to the gym. Seems to be keeping the PF at bay. If I can keep this going until it buggers off for good I’ll be happy.

I woke up with a very unhappy wrist so long run will be tomorrow (oh well, re weather). Running with the wrist would have been hell...feels like a pinched nerve there or something like that. It's easing off fortunately but is agony.

Fingers crossed for you Toks. It's just the two of us for Xmas, so nothing special. I'll pick up some nice food for the day as a treat...just need to decide what to get.

That’s lovely Garfield,
Frankly am just thankful to be alive, a lot of pressure working in mental health nhs trust with COVID and everything
We as staff had to do self swab test twice weekly and that is not a pleasant experience 😳😳😳😳
