OK here goes the November round-up.
I opted to do the November round-up as I had booked my lifetime dream holiday for this month and had planned to use that as my theme. Obviously that didn't happen, but I will reserve the idea for when I do eventually get to go.
So, as we are the 1500ers, I thought as an alternative I would look at the top five British 1500 m athletes. So here goes (hope the formatting works):
>125% Top of the list is Mo Farah, who broke the European 1500 m record at the Herculis meeting in Monaco on 19 July 2013, recording a time of 3:28.81. Mo was born in Magadishu, Somalia on 23 March 1983. He spent his early years as a refugee in Djibouti. At the age of 8 he was separated from his twin brother and came to live with his father in Britain. Farah went on to be based in London and he ran for Newham and Essex Beagles athletics club, training at St Mary's University College, Twickenham from 2001 to 2011. Farah is the European record holder for the 10,000 m, half marathon, marathon, and two miles, the British record holder for the 5000 m, the British indoor record holder for the 3000 m and the current world record holder for the one hour run and indoor world record holder for the two miles. Farah is the most decorated athlete in British athletics history, with five European, four Olympic and ten global titles He was the first British athlete to win two gold medals at the same world championships. He has won the European Athlete of the Year award and the British Athletics Writers Association British Athlete of the Year award more than any other athlete, 3 and 6 times respectively. Farah was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in 2013 and was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II in the 2017 New Year Honours for services to athletics.

110% - 125% Second up is Jake Wightman, who broke the Scottish 1500 m record at the Diamond League meeting in Monaco on 14 August 2020 with a time of 3:29.47. Jake was born on 11 July 1994 in Nottingham. He is coached by his father Geoff and is a member of Edinburgh AC. He won 1500 m bronze medals in the 2018 Commonwealth Games and European Championships.

90% - 110% Next up is Steve Cram, who broke the world record and became the first man to run sub 3:30 in Nice on 16 July 1985 recording a time of 3:29.67. Cram was born 14 October 1960 in Gateshead. Along with fellow Britons Sebastian Coe and Steve Ovett, he was one of the world's dominant middle distance runners during the 1980s. Nicknamed "The Jarrow Arrow", after his home town, Cram set world records in the 1500 m, 2000 m and the mile during a 19-day period in the summer of 1985. He won the 1500 m golds at the 1982 & 1986 European Championships and Commonwealth Games and the 1983 World Championships and the 1500 m silver at the 1984 Olympic Games. In 2008 Cram was appointed Chancellor of the University of Sunderland, and in 2009 was elected as President of Jarrow & Hebburn Athletics Club. Cram was voted BBC Sports Personality of the Year in 1983. He was appointed Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in 1986 and Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in the 2015 New Year Honours for services to sport.

75% - 90% Fourth is Sebastian Coe who recorded a time of 3:29.77 at Rieti, Italy on 7 September 1986. Coe was born in Hammersmith on 29 September 1956. Coe won four Olympic medals, including the 1500 m gold at the Olympic Games in 1980 and 1984. He set nine outdoor and three indoor world records in middle-distance track events; including, in 1979, setting three world records in the space of 41 days. Coe was elected as Member of Parliament for Falmouth and Camborne in 1992, for the Conservative Party, but lost his seat in the 1997 general election. He returned to politics for a short time as Leader of the Opposition William Hague's chief of staff, having accepted the offer of a Life Peerage on 16 May 2000. In 2007 Coe was appointed as vice President of the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) and was reappointed in 2011. On 19 August 2015, in Beijing, he was elected president of IAAF.

<75% Finally we have Charlie Da'Vall Grice who ran 3:30.62 at the Monaco Diamond League meeting on 12 July 2019. Charlie was born on 7 November 1993 in Brighton. Grice started out as both a footballer, playing at county level, and an athlete, but balancing them both led to injuries and he decided to solely focus on athletics. In 2012 he broke Steve Ovett's British junior mile record, running 3:57.90 at the London Grand Prix in Crystal Palace as part of the Diamond League and became one of less than 75 athletes who had achieved a sub-four minute mile clocking by the age of 18. He made his international breakthrough in 2013, winning a silver medal at the European U23 Championships. In 2014 he won the British Outdoor Athletics Championships 1500 m title and the Indoor title in 2015 & 2016.
