Marathon no 91 completed at the Giants head at sydling Dorset, Very hot 🥵 day and challenging hills as always, my third marathon there and the views are just breathtakingly gorgeous Surviving that after tough weeks of 4 nights and hardly much sleep 😴 for the week! But happy I finished it and in the bag Hope everyone had a great weekend of running?? If u are racing tomorrow have fun 😘😘😘😘 No marathon till sept 15 so 2 and half months rest and very much welcome to be honest, it has been tough past few months Hoping to some cycling done in during the none racing months 🚴🏽♀️🚴🏽♀️🚴🏽♀️ |

10 miles done sorry to hear about your car woes Doc. well done Toks every year I forget this is on wirralcoastalwalk.org I only saw one lady running it, reckon I could smash that (if I ever run again :-)) and given everyone else is walking it

Well done, Toks! And great running from the 1500ers! I have raced - a Season's Best 10k! Well yes, it's the first 10k I've done this year, so it had to be really! Left knee and right quad behaved themselves. Ran out of steam in the last mile otherwise quite pleased with that. |
