Glad to see Funky has been around though - I must say his Norwegian is excellent! Mr Jenny, and incredibly nervous traveller, hasn’t let me take Funky with us to Norway for fear of losing him We’re due to fly in a couple of hours. We will now definitely be doing the Whistle Stop Tour of Wirral in September, so will have to speak to Jono nearer the time about Funky coming to stay with him

Anyway I have run yesterday and some intervals in teh sun today - they were nice. Is anyone doing the Herts Hobble (long) this year - i seem to have entered again - unfinished business...
