Toks Apr 2019 2:47pm, 29 Apr 2019 33,450 posts	0 Toks Busy weekend for me as my youngest turned 9 and had to convince him to do parkrun birthday 🎂 which he wasn’t too pleased about and he whinged the whole 45 mins of it lol 😂 Hope fetchies that did London yesterday were happy and enjoyed the capital??? Think I have lost my voice for the shouting and cheering runners lol 😂 Signed up for London 2020 as it will be rude not to lol 😆

Jenni-far-far Apr 2019 5:07pm, 29 Apr 2019 287 posts	0 Jenni-far-far well done Doc! happy birthday to Toks jnr - he looks a lovely boy I may enter the ballot for London again - I have done it once and not really desperate to do it again but my support team (family and pals) who came last time loved it and want me to do it again I did Stratford mara yesterday - just wasn't quite feeling right and switched to adding in walk breaks after half way - a pretty big positive split but not too disappointed - you just never know how it will go in the day

In fact, I think that section is actually at least 43 miles long, or that's what it felt like last year. Birthday BoyToks Jr is smiling nicely there, can't believe he whinged, Toks! Running rest day today, a lot of it spent rather boringly looking at bathroom tiles.
