Good idea, Doc, busy weekend ahead for you! I've had a rest day. Think we're in for a rainy parkrun tomorrow morning according to the weather forecast. Sunday looks very busy in Leicester - there's a Big 10k Race, Leicester are playing Arsenal at home, the scouts have a St George's Day parade, the Sikhs have a Vaisakhi parade, a chunk of the city centre is having a get-to-know-your-heritage festival with guided walking and bike tours and there's a regatta on the River Soar. |

I think it'll be quieter down there in the metropolis, Doc, apart from a bit of a parade that's apparently going on. Watch out for giant minions and blokes in rhino costumes.

It’s all going on in Leicester, clearly! We’re off to that London today - our club organise a trip which is great for the runners as they don’t have to think, just get on and off the bus when they’re told to Me and a couple of friends on the trip will be running around tomorrow to support Mr Jenny and our club mates, and there’s a big group of folks from our club getting a stupidly early bus from Cardiff tomorrow morning to support.
