Great running HOD. A small run done in the end...I had no house key - hubby had taken my key with him to Watford (take 2 from last weekend). I had to wait until he returned before I could go for my run.

Well done on passing the 1500 mark Maclenane and HoD  and well done on your HM with “bonus miles” westmoors 
Managed to get out for 13 easy-paced miles with a couple of friends yesterday. Probably wasn’t 100% as I was quite dehydrated after running, but felt much better for having been able to get out for a run. Went to see the Last Jedi in the afternoon too.

A 12km recovery run done - I think this may have been too far and too fast for a recovery run but it was sunny and I am making up miles... it seemed too icy to to cycle... I did stop to berate a builder who was leaving a bucket overflowing and it was streaming down and over the road - that will be a great ice hazard later and on a road junction - what an idiot! I think he may put some salt down now but it was already freezing when I came past later...
