Hooray for soon-to-be-mended toilets! Hope all dental issues are resolved as soon as poss. Cheese sandwiches have been the main nemesis to my teeth in recent years - my fillings are generally good, but the old teeth around them are slowly crumbling, needing only a spot of Cheddar wrapped in bread to snap a chunk off.
Our club Christmas Lights Run was good last night - another local club did similar, so Leicester's Town Hall Square was briefly rammed with festively adorned runners.
A sensible running rest day today ahead of my last marathon of the year tomorrow, to give the sore foot a bit of a break.
Fish and chips for tea, followed by some present wrapping.

Great news Doc! I should go to the dentist one of these years! I think it's been about 10 years since my last visit...I could be off by a year or two.
