Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Did a 10 miler today by accident. Went out to do about 8 and just kept going. It rained. It was cold. It was still better than a treadmill.

well done runners and caterers.

Had a short run with son#3 and then went off to do 4 hours of carol playing with the band outside waitrose......I can confirm it was cold and wet, but on the plus side im really going to enjoy that curry that's been sitting in the slow cooker while we've been out

Bovington Half Marathon for me this morning. Was expecting 14.5 muddy and wet miles. Started to struggle at 15 miles as my legs were trashed. Finally crossed the finish line after 16.43 miles! Gotta love White Star Running!

We’re having slow cooker beef, doc. Just waiting for the Tesco roast potatoes to finish in the oven.
