I've just given my daughter a lift to work and seen a couple of accidents with people driving too fast and too close in the snow. Be careful out there, people.
No outdoor running today for me. OUtside possibility of a few dreadmill miles later on.

Wow Toks well done on Lanzarote - Endurance on show there - we have the opposite here - 13 miles run this morning off- road in heavy snow - great fun but heavy wet kit by the end... but I now have less than four miles to do to reach 1500 - I think I can say i hope to do that next week

The M25 apparently is a bit of a skating rink...and hubby says he's now the only car on the M25 heading from Rickmansworth to ?, heading clockwise to exit 19.
I wonder how the roads are by the Bhaktivedanta manor...he's off there for a course. I'm at home, waiting for a break in the rain to go for a run...shortly as it's not raining at the moment!!

Well done Toks - you always show such great determination! We have lots of snow here in the East Mids, and several races have unsurprisingly been cancelled. Decided yesterday that I wasn't going to run today anyway, to give my foot a rest, so I'll be mostly sitting knitting and looking forward to our planned dinner of beef in red wine casserole with herb dumplings.
Stay safe and keep warm out there, everybody, it's looking very chilly.
