Jono.
Has Ron's baby been born yet? it this the 1st 1500 thread baby?

Anyway the Doc was a lovely young lady, but failed miserably in signing me off from work.

Initially - through Doctor Google - I thought that I was in danger from blood clots but it seems I have a touch of Chronic venous insufficiency or something similar which can be treated by antibiotics and a rather unattractive cream.

The infection also explains why I've been feeling like I have a touch of flu or Man Flu (which we all know is deadly) - anyway back at work, binned the run this morning but the Doctor said there's no reason why I can't run - I will pop out on Saturday.

my wee smells

In other news I've now perfected the art of trimming my wonky toe nail on my wonky left foot, this means it no longer digs into the opposite toe and makes it bleed - my new running shoes did feel a bit * snug* on my left foot.

upshot - I can also return to wearing my much favoured Karrimor socks.

I am a medical miracle.

False alarm :-(

Baby B is obviously far too comfy. At least I can get my run in now :-)

Glad you're OK, Jono, we were getting concerned.

Very excited about the 1500 thread's first baby. Make the most of the peace and rest now, Mr & Mrs Burgundy, you will soon come to understand the true meaning of the word tired and why sleep deprivation is so popular as a form of torture.

Glad to know you are almost fighting fit Jono

We should have organised a sweep stake on the date of 1500 thread babies arrival.
