Well done on the PB Nellers
Sorry to hear that Neilio
I jogged round Kettering parkrun today, and I really do mean jogged, I think it was just under 30 minutes, I was running with a couple of friends, T was doing her 100th and her husband D was doing his 50th, it was good to take it easy and enjoy the event. Did another 4 miles on my own after clearing up my bugs, off to support Jigs at XC this afternoon

Moors Valley parkrun for me this morning. Damp but warm. Club mate was doing his 250th and had asked us all to wear our Wimborne 10 tops. I was overheating after my 1 mile jog in, so stripped down to my cropped top and tied the W10 one round my waist!

No Parkrun for me today, because I physically didn't have the energy to stir myself. When I eventually got going I did some not at all fast "speed" work (6x 0.5mile at 7:15-7:30mm pace) - the total time for the 3 miles was a lot slower than my Parkrun PB :-(.

Well done all!
Our club provided all the volunteers for our parkrun this morning, I timekept. We had an interesting addition to the course. Yes, the route goes right through the middle of this! Fortunately, there was a slight though narrow diversion possible, so it worked out OK.
Getting very excited now, off to Milton Keynes this afternoon to meet up with Fetchies! We shall not be running however, we shall be talking, drinking coffee, eating cake and knitting - some members of the Fetch craft-lovers' thread are having a get-together.
To keep things simple, Vegetarian Saturday tea may be a bit non-vegetarian, as it's going to be steak and chips.
