Hi all :-) Cross country race done this morning, 2nd in a series of 5. Think I was 8th or 9th woman and our team came joint first :-) I won the flapjack eating after though, no-one even comes close to me at that :-P

Hello all - nice n chilly this morning - Fred Hughes 10M race done - just managed to squeak a sub 70min so well happy with that - plus a short but cold bike to/from the race as a 'warm up'... no flapjacks at the end - just bananas...

Was the 90 min pacer at Farnborough half today.

Ran 1.29.32 which is 6.49 pace, 6.51 is 1.29.59

Fastest mile 6.45 and slowest was 6.57. - adjusted for the course:-)
