Jono.
you've appoint there fenners, about races, not about you filling up swimming pools
a marathon in Grizedale forest, hard a very small field the year I ran it - year after sold out! I think the more runners go on about how hard something is, the more it attracts certain runners.

FR I believe the timing of your local 10k is the reason for it selling out.

Jono.
called into work luckily Mrs J is off so can look after J Jnr - I was planning on going on another 30 + mile bike ride.
looks as if Sunday or Monday will have to accommodate this.
or I may even go for a little run

Up early to run. Everyone else is in bed. I like the peace and quiet of these times a bit too much. Must get off the internet and actually get out the door! 15 miles awaits me.

Morning all. I've been away at a party. I'm having hotel breakfast..... very strange to be in a hotel with no running gear

First run faster than Zone 1 and it was awesome. Aiming for around ninety minutes for the ten miles and it was completed in just over eighty four minutes. Loved every second of my run.

Well done, early run folks.:-)
I'm back from my 15 and I even managed to throw in 3 relatively quick miles towards the end there. It feels good being able, eh Fenners. Love it!
