Sounds lovely, Mrs J, although it might be a bit chilly.
No running planned today for me but I might get on the turbo trainer or a little spin.
Glad I'm not out there this morning. It got down to -7c last night and is still well below 0.

Morning. Been out with son#3 for a run watching the sun rise over the frost fields and the deer galloping around Knebworth park. It was rather nice

I don't know how these cyclists get on, by appearing to wear much of nothing Mrs J - I'm normally bloody freezing. not like running at all, where you can warm up quite easily.

Morning all! Nice little 4 mile leg stretcher in the chilly sunshine this morning. Some excellent mileages being reported on here, well done everyone. Is it easier to get out when the sun's shining, than when it's very grey and dull?
Slow roasted pork for Sunday tea, with veggie rice and onion gravy. Yesterday's quiche proved a bit of a disappointment, unfortunately, not sure why - the Gruyere cheese flavour got a bit lost.

The fastest speed of the year for me so far, but just 4 miles, over fields still covered in frost late in the morning.
I'll be going out for a short bike ride this afternoon but I'll be wearing LOTS of clothes!
