Watford Wobble
I ran / walked really fast at Belvoir half marathon. I throughly enjoyed myself.
I have over seeded, rolled, fertilised two lawns.
We also had a Chinese takeaway delivered to our house by an bloke.
It has been a good but tiring day.
It was rather warm out there today.

Sending hugs Mrs J, can't have been easy on an unseasonably hot day and not being well. You'll have your revenge soon I'm sure
Managed Derby 10k in just under 46 minutes, happy with that after Manchester last week. Even better I was part of a team running for Derby Telegraph (my mate is a reporter) and we got into the hospitality suite at Derby FC, free tea/coffee/bananas and Danish pastries!! Could get used to the VIP treatment

Everyone has a bad day MrsJ, file it and move on.
I had the British Age Group Duathlon championships today . So a low 37 min 10km and a 3.2 miles in 19.30 or so with a bike ride in the middle 17th overall and 3rd in my Age Group.
Celebrated by going out on the MTB with MrsG and then a curry .
A good day.

Oh it's filed now Gobi, seems lots were having a bad day as I saw loads of people struggling, imagine my surprise when I just looked at the results to discover I was first V55!

Nicely done, Mrs J especially when you thought it hadn't gone so well. Run-walk would be a sensible strategy on a day like today.

Well done Mrs J, Gobi and Pikelet.
Really hot in Brighton today, but I clung on and got the sub 4 I've been hoping for! Really pleased considering the heat.
