Two days after the Manchester marathon I'm moving reasonably alright but it will be a few more days before I run again so I'll fall even further behind schedule for 1,500 miles, but that's only a number isn't it? ;-)

Glad you're all getting over the weekend running people!

No running here, my annoyingly dodgy right quad remains stubbornly resistant to getting better, so another rest day. My training for Comrades hasn't gone awfully well over the last few weeks, with the chest lurgy and the leg prob, so getting a bit panicky.
