My legs feel good and my bottom even better.

Glad all legs and bottoms (so far) are doing well. Congratulations to all racers this weekend. Some stonking performances delivered.

doesn't look to bad, when you look at it like that (tilts head to one side)

best nights sleep I've had for ages last night and apart from stiff legs I feel pretty dapper. got 4 days leave now, whoop whoop - might even do some running :-)

Not bad at all Jono :-)

Only had time for 5m with strides in the end. Prob for the best as I'll likely jog to and from pilates later so don't want to overdo it! Very humid out there today.

I have a question for you lot... Do you always go with chip time results even if you are not 100% sure of its accuracy??

Let me explain: when I did my track marathon a month or so ago they read my time over the tannoy as I finished. When the chip times came out my time was about 1 min 40 seconds quicker than they said on the day. Which time do I claim??
