Yes, Mrs J, got a good physio thanks, a tiny lady with digits of steel. Have had some ultrasound and Frankenstein electrode stuff done, and am doing stretchy exercises and some rollering several times a day. Physio thinks I probably picked up an injury in the Thames Trot mud disaster back in Feb that's not healed well which is affecting muscles around it. Haven't been doing enough stretching! It is better than it was, and I can run on it, though only slowly. Will see how this weekend's marathon goes.

That's good to know, I hope it soon improved. Are you and parkrun every Saturday? I need to reunite Funky Monkey with you, it won't be this week as I think we might give Bicester a look.

Fizz :-)
We are considering Bicester. It slightly (mostly!) depends on what time we'd need to get up.

Hmm 1hr 28 minute drive according to Mr Google. I think it might be Corby again, we'll see.

Jono.
morning Fetchlings -

6 miles in foggy conditions, the sun breaking trough the mist. Arrived back home with a considerable amount of moisture on my hairy arms and face (mrs J had thoughtfully put my light running jacket away)

*its character building* she mused as I made myself a brew.

Thought I would come into work again.

It's an annoying thing to do.

We plan on running tonight.

And to make things better I have to endure my boss eating fricking wazabi beans or whatever they are called one at a time. Crunching away for a least the next four hours.

Deepest joy.
