Funky Monkey is at all days of the Enigma Quadzilla. If you would like to adopt and take to a race make yourself known.
He's very good company and eats very little as he has his own banana.
Failing that he will be at Stratford inaugeral parkrun and Corona's 250 celebrations.

Fizz :-)
Ron, the flaw in your very cunning plan is that K-Web would notice the difference. Apart from that, I think it's a great idea and I plan to try it myself as long as I can find a body double.

Funky's already been to Caldecotte Lake, so I'm sure he's happy to be back there. Enjoy your trips around the lake, Fizz - I do sincerely hope it doesn't rain on you the way it did on me at the beginning of Jan.

Hi all... quick post from me to say thanks for the Jan update! Can you believe that zipped past so fast!
I've my first race of 2016 coming up on Sunday so hoping to add a nice 13 to the miles for Feb.. my running is ok in miles but crap in speed and "Mojo" at the moment - need to get back into morning running instead of hiding under the duvet and up the water intake instead of hot coffee's
Good news - lighter and lighter every day! Love that... my run this morning was the first in what felt a long time (probably because I've been hiding under the duvet!) where we went out the door and it was "light" (His Nibs ran with me this morning - first time we've both got up and out in what feels like ages!)
So it's all getting good....
Amazing work all of you's... love the story of the hole in the shoe packed with mud! My trainers have a hole in the top mesh.. sign of retail run therapy needed!
