Jono.
10 miles - I have to be honest, I nearly cried this morning - hale & Gale force winds. I dont know if this weather makes you a better runner or indicate your mentalness.
Averaged 10. 01 per mile.

Hope you get your heating fixed soon WW
Well done Jono. I was very lucky this morning - windy and cold but no rain. Did 6 miles with a few friends.
Huntsman, could you stick me down for Llanelli Half marathon on 13th March please?

I'm fed up of the wind and rain. This winter has so far been disappointing in it's delivery.
I have no target races I'm afraid. I'm a completer not a competer. I have times I would like to achieve but if it don't happen it's no big deal.
Heating engineer visit this morning apparently. But then he has to go away to get I new fan I'm guessing.

Morning. Anyone fancy pretending to be me for tomorrow's Quadzilla, struggling with the idea of it... If we wear exactly the same stuff we could try and get away with alternate laps
Hunts - you are going to crush the Bournemouth 10 with sessions like that
I'm well jel Mrs J... Love Lanzarote
Impressive early morning efforts Jono and jennyh

Thanks Ron, it's great here and good to be away from the wind! 😎
May I warn anyone tempted to help Ron out that it has been known for him to wear several tops during a marathon, I believe he suffered from heat stroke after, mind you several tops might be a blessing considering the weather you are all reporting 😉

Thanks Ron for the confidence booster.

Morning everybody! Greetings from Moscow - just got a Fetch Badge that says I've reached it, anyway. Virtual vodka all round. Not too bad here, still a chilly blustery breeze, but at least it's not currently raining/snowing/sleeting. 5.5 slow and steady miles done. Posh Fish Wednesday is here again, and we need to decide what we're going to have.
