Final run of the year done, puts me 1 mile over my previous best ever annual mileage on 1591.

Nice work Doc,well done.
Just back from 4 miles gets me just over 1250 for the year, my lowest for 3 years.Last couple of months the lurgy got me but hey ho, that's how it goes.
Let's see what 2017 brings

1571 miles for the year. Hoping to get above 1800 for 2017.
The monthly round up is going to be tricky today as I'm travelling to Essex this afternoon and I'll be at a party from 7 onwards

Heading to the airport shortly
6 full days here brought 24hrs of training if I add today's short jolly brought 25.5 hrs for the trip.
Broke 70 hrs for the month
About 280 miles on the bike and about 50 miles of running.
December closes on 140 miles.
Finished the year on 1699

Last run completed here as well, Southampton parkrun along with 650 other runners, just Team Jigs in fancy dress 😁 and another 4+ miles running to the common and hunting down bugs to squish. Would like to say I am enjoying a cream scone in JL except they didn't have any cream 😐
