Happy New Year all!! 
Ended up on 2261, highest fetch mileage ever. Might struggle to beat it next year as I'm back at work full time in January. The luxury of a 3 day week (I did do 10 hour days though!!) has been a gift Still, got a marathon to train for in April so still got to find time to fit the long runs in somewhere.
Thanks to Huntsman and all who gave time to the thread, you deserve a glass of  or two!

And it was only my second running of the race, so it was always either going to be a course best or a course worst. It went the right way though

Fenland (Fenners) Runner
I declare my innings on 204 miles for December and 1,933 miles for 2016.
Only run in zone 1 all month and pulled a 21:30 5k out of the bag at Kings Lynn parkrun today and it felt really comfortable.

NYE10k done and a lovely shiny new PB to finish the year on. Took 2 mins off and really close to sub-50. Very pleased.
Quick catch up with WW and Fizz before the race, great to see you Saw RichHL post race, bumped into earlybird too.
139 miles for this year and total of 1086  miles and 2919  miles for 2016.

What a great year! This isn't really going to be a great yearly round up as I'm on my 6th can of lager
I love this thread and the last two years have pushed me on massively to achieve a running goal. As our leader Neilio was great last year and Mrs J will be brilliant in 2017.
I'm really pleased the target races are carrying on as this is a running forum, however, can we revolve the posts in 2017 around general nonsense.
These wonderful people have achieved over 1500 miles and anyone below this target has done much more than the general population so well done to them
Can I wish you a Very Happy New Year and a Great Running Year in 2017.
