1. Complete 12 days of Fetchmas 2. Get swimming lessons to improve my front crawl by the end of 2021 3. Be the weight I am now on 1 Jan 4. Lost 3kgs by 1 JUne 5. Continue to do boot camp twice a week 6. Have at least one, and preferably two days a week when I do not do any work at all.

Day 6 Short term 1. Finish 12 days of Fetchmas 2. Complete 200 running miles in December Long term 3. Run 1500 miles in 2021 4. Cycle 2500 miles in 2021 5. Stick to a strength/core training plan 6. Stretch
