This is great!
Nothing in my iteration of boot camp really fitted the bill. Low burpees (40), plank and wall sit but not for long enough.
I've done all the exercises anyhow. Will reflect.

Interesting to hear other fetchie targets/reflections so I can get some ideas for my own.
My first target is to finish this challenge. Second target is to do dry January. Third target is do Run the Sum in a 31day month in 2021.
Only 3 more to think of

JustCommandhohoho!
Day 4 done. Got a bit confused with side planks, doing 30s arm bent and 30s arm straight on the same side, then swapping sides. I think I actually made that harder than it needed to be and my right shoulder is grumbly. Day 5 later. I like the sound of day 6

I've done today's exercises. Dead bugs full version today were not as hard as I anticipated. Wall-sit was fine but the rest were a challenge. I've been thinking over the past few days that I need to improve my strength - core and upper body - and am getting a pull up bar, so I was already thinking of targets to set. On account of being a weakling, inflexible and overweight, I struggle with most exercises so want to address that going forward. My targets are:
Very short term: 1. Complete 12 days of Fetchmas
Short term: 2. Do 31 days of yoga with Adriene in January
Longer term: 3. Do 3 proper press ups, burpees and pull ups
From today until goals are achieved: 4. Log meals on My Fitness Pal 5. Drink 1.5 litres of water-based drinks a day - alcohol doesn't count.
I'm hoping that these combined will help achieve: 6. Run 5k in (short term goal) under 35 minutes; (long term goal) sub 30. I don't know how short the short term is - I have about 3 minutes to cut off last week's effort - but long term is by the end of 2021.

Back for 3 more later. I want a work one but need to think about it.

Some good targets already! These are mine 1. Finish 12 days of Fetchmas 2. Do Adrienne's January challenge - and keep up my daily yoga even once office based work returns... 3. Keep up the walking on non-running days - I've set an annual walking mileage target for the first time for next year. This will also be harder once office based work returns! 4. Stick with the 80/20 training for the Wirral 10 miler (March)
5. Get back to a 70%WAVA 6. Stay injury free!
