hmm deadbugs I can do planks I am useless at pressups are box ones burpees get no better but I can do the wall sit (probably not low enough) just :-D

Done - although my dead bugs are a bit rubbish, and the side planks are still the hardest thing for me.

Done. I like dead bugs, it's a chance to get your breath back in the gym! I need to concentrate to get the coordination right but once I'm started I'm fine
