Angus, I think my first target would probably be the same as yours...I will go away and have a think though, and hopefully come back with mine by the time I do the exercises at lunchtime.

Morning, never did day 5 yet and unsure if I will manage today - touch of vertigo so jumping and lying down and stuff is not something I really want to do but I will try some of the others until I can get back to normal.
Anyone else’s stomach and torso telling them they have been worked

1. Finish 12 days of Fetchmas (biggest challenge will probably be day 6!) 2. Take part in a race, any race, even if I'm not fit enough to race it 3. Get fit enough to actually race a race 4. Get over my fear of uneven ground post broken ankle 5. Think of at least one more thing for this list

FS I'm really glad you posted your targets. I saw your pictures and thought blimey FS looks very young which is a sure sign that I am getting very old. Now I know you are around the age I thought you were which means I am just a bit old.
Anyway my targets are: 1. Finish 12 Days of Fetchmas 2. Do the Yoga with Adriene 30 days again in January 3. Address my fear of capsizing in the kayak 4. Read more (which will hopefully lead to browsing/scrolling less) 5. Keep doing activities with other people to prevent becoming a recluse 6. Develop my MTB skills so I feel confident tackling red graded trails (and other technical single track without an arbitrary grade)
