Sorry to hear of injury woes.
I am hanging in. Getting better at wall sit by sticking legs out further. This might be cheating.

For today's good deed, I am taking home made biscuits to work. Not sure how good this is as they were a present but no on here really likes them. But I am also collecting a sympathy card from a friend to deliver to MIL in Italy whose sister died last week 😇
