New Year Targets / Good deeds
1. Make a full recovery form long covid
2. Prioritise what matters
3. Get outside exercise at least 6 days a week
4. Pick up 365 pieces of litter/recylcing
5. Donate 52 items to the food bank
6. Try a new recipe every month
